Our team members are dedicated to every client and job. L & W Enterprises’ president and professional engineer is a retired Navy Commander, Civil Engineer Corps Officer with 36 years of design and project management experience and over two billion dollars’ worth of construction projects.

With over 50 years experience, our land surveyor, Curtis Keplinger, has trained most of the surveyors in the valley and is recognized as the foremost authority on surveying in the area.

Ronnie Crites is our Crew Chief and and has over 35 years of field experience.
