L & W Enterprises is a family owned and operated small business that was founded more than 50 years ago by Leon Wilson (USMC) and Tom Lantz (USAF). We have extensive experience in boundary surveys, large and small subdivisions, and all facets of forestry and timber marketing.
In 2005, our current President, Kirk Wilson, added engineering, and construction management services to the business after retiring from the U.S. Navy after 22 years of service.
Curtis Keplinger is our head surveyor with over 50 years of experience. Curtis has trained most of the surveyors in the valley and is recognized as the foremost authority on surveying in the area. Ronnie Crites is our Crew Chief and has over 35 years of field experience.

L & W Enterprises’ president and professional engineer is a retired Navy Commander, Civil Engineer Corps Officer with 36 years of design and project management and over two billion dollars’ worth of construction projects.
His projects range from Large Poultry Operations, Marcellus Oil and Gas Drill Pads and Roads, bridges, water treatment plants, runways, schools, hospitals, gymnasiums, housing and various maintenance and renovation projects.
With this experience, he knows how to integrate the different design disciplines, permitting requirements to avoid pitfalls that might cost the owner time and money.
